Freight, the TajiFinds service fee, import duty, VAT, customs clearance and last-mile delivery, plus insurance if you add it. Duty and VAT are marked as estimates until customs assesses the parcel.
Which stores can I ship from?
Shein, Temu, AliExpress, Amazon and Jumia Global links are detected automatically. For other stores, paste the link or order number and enter the item details yourself.
How do I pay?
M-Pesa (an STK prompt on your phone), card, or your TajiFinds wallet. Prices are always in Kenyan shillings.
How long does delivery take?
Express courier usually takes 3–7 days, air consolidation 7–14 days, sea freight 35–60 days and regional road legs 2–10 days. Every quote shows a date range for that route.
What if my parcel is lost, damaged or late?
Open a claim from the shipment page with photos or documents. TajiFinds owns the case with the logistics partner and pays approved claims to your wallet or original payment method.
What is my overseas warehouse address?
Every account gets warehouse addresses abroad with a personal suite code. Use them as the shipping address at checkout on the store, and we will hold, weigh and photograph your parcels on arrival.
Can I combine several orders?
Yes. Parcels held at the same warehouse can be consolidated into one shipment, which usually lowers the cost per item. Taji Plus and Taji Pro include free consolidation.
Is anything not allowed?
Some goods are prohibited and others are restricted to certain routes, for example batteries and liquids. Check the prohibited goods page before you order.
